My daughter LOVES this place! It's a treat for her, because it's a little bit on the pricey side. They do run specials, on different days, so that helps.

Just had my 6 year olds birthday party here! They made sure we kept our pitcher full for our thirsty birthday jumpers and pizza came out right on time. Kids loved the inflatables, play area, trampolines. I have no doubt my girl had the best day! Also, not a lot of people there either (Sunday) which made it SO much better! Thanks Elite Air!

I want to love this place. I want it to be a fun place for Owensboro’s kiddos. With the way this place is managed it’s definitely not that. It’s so hot in here, no matter what time of year you come in. The employees say the owner controls the temp and they have no way of fixing it. It could also use a good deep cleaning. It was 80 degrees when we arrived it has went up to 83 degrees in 10 minutes. Please do better.

I had my son’s birthday here today and it’s been the WORST experience I’ve ever had. It is hot as satans home in here my son (birthday boy) is miserable and almost thrown up twice because of how hot it is in here. Everyone is drenched in sweat and having a miserable time when it is supposed to be fun. Also I had my room booked for 3:00 did not get it until almost 4:00. Worst customer service. Had no answers until I got ahold of the manager who fixed the room situation. But still did not resolve the fact everyone here is burning up and they have the HEAT on. This is not worth $100 much less the $275 that I atleast have to pay. This is beyond ridiculous and waste of money. The kids aren’t even playing because of how hot it is in here. Will not be back. This is crazy.

Awesome place! Kids left exhausted and happy and wanting to go back! Toddlers and bigger kids all have things to do. I've hosted two birthday parties here and both times the staff was helpful and attentive. Excellent business!

This place is a nightmare for primary age children. Teenager all over the place running and landing on littles. Staff are teenagers as well so they don't care. All they care about is playing on their phones. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't bring your littles here. Find somewhere else. Plus, the prices are horrendous

Had my daughter's birthday there. The party rooms are way too small and didn't give anyone space, especially if you have a big family with lots of kiddos. Pizza was good. Kids have a blast. Prices were high for birthdays like Chuck-E-Cheeze but it is what it is. I would do it again for my next one.
